Brahm Centre is a registered mental health charity that promotes happier and healthier living. Launched in 2012, it is a full member of the National Council of Social Services and an Institution of Public Character. Brahm Centre offers a holistic approach with science-based mindfulness courses, art and physical exercise programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being.

We work closely with healthcare and educational institutions to provide support to seniors and youths in mental health education, befriending, case management, counselling and internships. We are funded by donations and grants from the Agency for Integrated Care and National Silver Academy.

Position Overview
The Systems Analyst will be part of the Systems team, responsible for the overall administration, support, and enhancement of the various systems in the organisation.


Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and apex coding
• Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and key metrics in Tableau to help stakeholders gain insights into their data and deliver actional business intelligence
• Design, build, and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other tools within the Microsoft 365 suite
• Provide technical support of other systems such as Eventbrite, Survey Monkey and MailChimp
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, gather equirements, and translate them into functional specifications
• Provide training for users and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and workflows
• Create custom web components using Lightning Web Components to facilitate data exchange and integration between Salesforce and third-party applications to create seamless workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience and Skills
o Preferably 2-3 years of experience in developing solutions preferably on Salesforce and Microsoft platform tools
o Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL for querying relational databases
o Experience with data preparation tools like Excel and Python
o Web development experiences with HTML, CSS and JS
o Experience in analysing data from various sources and using tools to create meaningful dashboards and reports
o Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions
o Experience in solution architecture design, development, and testing is preferred
o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and resolve issues efficiently
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders
• Education related field
o Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
